    Who are you?
    We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Digital Content and Social Media Producer to bring our digital channels to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate, execute, and produce different content types, including blog articles, SEO copy, social media posts, video and digital brochures. By applying a ’hands-on’ approach, you will track performance of all content, reporting on results and sharing with relevant stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in producing engaging and effective content across assorted digital channels, be a team player in a digital marketing team, accompanied with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

    The Role
    Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
    - Produce and publish content for a variety of digital channels
    - Work collaboratively with our internal studio, external agencies and freelancers
    - Manage the Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure website is up to date
    - Execute a social media strategy with best practice  across various social media channels
    - Translate brand voice into copy used in social posts and in engagement with consumers
    - Produce and distribute newsletters
    - Generate reports on content and social media performance and use insights to inform and optimise future content creation strategies.
    - Edit and proof read content for our digital channels (social, web, marketing) to ensure it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the ‘Caydon’ brand

    We are looking for

    We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role you will work collaboratively with our team to oversee the architecture, security, design and integration of all Caydon technology which extends from our internal corporate infrastructure (Workplace Technology) to our recently built digital consumer products. This role will work closely with key internal stakeholders and Caydon’s external technology partner network to continually evolve our digital technology to ensure it aligns with the company processes and strategy.

    As Caydon is a growing business that has embraced Technology in the last few years, this role will lead digital transformation to continuously embed modern technology for the workplace, and where possible moving our corporate infrastructure to the cloud. Innovation is at the core of this role to ensure a stronger future focus to developing and delivering scalable and an automated services architecture to deliver efficiencies across the business. We are at the beginning of this journey, as a Cloud Engineer you will be able to shape and deliver on the technology strategy moving away from legacy on premise infrastructure, adopting the cloud and modern methods of engineering and security.

    Caydon is making significant investment in technology to support the continued growth of the business and offer a superior product offering to our consumers. To deliver on this, you will play a key part in the execution. 

     

    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

    Working Collaboratively with the wider technology team and other departments to achieve company goals and implement the technology road map aligned with the technology strategy.

    Oversee Caydon’s corporate network, infrastructure, data warehouse, and related security practices across all segments of the environment.

    Lead the transition to the cloud, deprecating legacy systems and technology aligned to the technology strategy and vision, help shape our chosen cloud path

    Longer term, introduce and own an API led vision for the workplace and our digital consumer products

    Oversee and maintain our Amazon Eco-System

    Oversee and embed security controls across our network(s), infrastructure, and migration to the cloud.

    Play a key role in determining the future of an Active Directory led windows-based network with the outlook of possibly moving to an identity management eco-system (Okta)

    Lead the solutions architecture and design for internal and external systems

    SaaS Integration and delivery

    IoT / Home Automation and integration

    Oversee, establish and maintain Technical documentation

    Get involved in the ops management of our WordPress environment as scale and migrate to our newly created digital environment in AWS with Sitecore, Okta, and Salesforce.

    Caydon Property Group is looking for a Digital Acquisitions Specialist to join our Marketing team where you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of digital marketing activities. In this role, you will be working closely with the internal studio team and wider marketing team to execute customer acquisition strategies whilst maximising the customer experience. As a Digital Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for campaign and web performance reporting, creating insights that communicate key learnings from campaign experiments, and propose recommendations based on analytical insights.

    Your focus will be on lead generation which includes planning, creating and implementing of Google Ads, Social ads and remarketing campaigns. You will manage the creation of new landing pages and the optimisation of existing ones in line with business objectives. As this is a hands on role, you will be required to contribute to the digital execution of qualifying leads via lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation as well as send out campaign eDMs and segment the database.

    The Role

    To be considered for the role you must have experience in;

    PPC campaigns, in particular Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook advertisement

    Executing remarketing campaigns

    Content Management Systems (WordPress and Sitecore will be looked upon favourably)

    Google Analytics

    Managing landing pages and ad creation

    Conversion optimisation running A/B and multivariate tests

    Google Tag Manager

     

    Role responsibilities include but not limited to;

    Plan, optimise and execute all Google Ads, paid social and remarketing campaigns and continuously optimising performance to generate leads, display suite bookings and registrations for our customer portal

    Plan and implement personalisation related to campaigns and initiatives across landing pages and the website

    Manage the entire creation, optimisation and updating process of landing pages, while applying best practices.

    Identify opportunities across our website to further optimise lead generation and the promotion of specific projects or campaigns

    Explore new channels and possibilities to generate more leads

    Execute, optimise and contribute to eDMs and lead nurture campaigns with the aim to generate conversions and further qualifying leads.

    Leverage web analytics and complex data sets to understand campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and measure outcomes

    Provide support to the broader marketing team by reviewing media plans and provide input for our media buying agencies representing a digital marketing standpoint

    Work with external media agencies and implement campaigns

    We are looking for

    We are looking for a Technology Consultant to join our Technology team. In this role you will being the first point of contact for all workplace technology queries. Working with the wider Technology team, the Technology Consultant’s primary responsibility is to provide technical support on all forms of software and hardware in the workplace. Unlike traditional technology support roles, your role will not just fix technical issues, but help to consult, advise and drive adoption of modern tools in the workplace. As an organisation Caydon has grown and have embraced the changing technology landscape.

    Reporting to the Workplace Technology Manager this role will be critical to ensuring the reliability of service in our technology Hardware and Software. You will understand and have worked with cloud-based technology while having a grasp on modern technology trends, and be up to speed on the latest mobile devices and laptops. Your role will also extend out to internal IT projects on a roadmap, rolling out modern cloud bases tools, IT procurement, asset management and action new starters and exits. This role will be a key contributor in selecting and implementing a customer support system and help shape how we manage and prioritise internal IT requests. A customer centric service approach is paramount as you and your team will provide support to both internal and external technology stakeholders.

    Along with supporting and growing the Workplace Technology service, for the right proactive candidate, this role will have the opportunity to support and work on Caydon’s online digital products.

    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

    • Working Collaboratively with the wider technology team and other departments to achieve company goals and implement a proactive / defined technology road map aligned with the technology strategy.
    • Provide workplace technology support to all internal staff, including but not limited to prioritising and resolving technical issues, technology adoption & training.
    • Implement and maintain modern VC tools like Zoom.us
    • Take the time to sit with Caydon employees, understand technical challenges using your problem solving skills with the longer term aim of bringing a level of ‘self service’ to Caydon.
    • Maintain Asset Management records, update and maintain department level technical documentation.
    • Establish and maintenance Documentation related to Support Services, On boarding and off boarding of staff tasks, Incident and Vendor Management Processes

    The successful applicant will ideally possess

    • A degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or have equivalent experience and training. 
    • They will have at least three years previous experience in a technical support role in a Windows and Mac Environment including asset management.
    • They will have exposure to cloud based products including Office 365, Salesforce, Intranets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
    • Previous exposure to working in an agile environment with experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud and AutoCAD and Revit will be highly regarded.
    • Have a proven track record on delivering IT projects.
    • Have the ability to build, configure and roll out windows based laptops, macs, can bing machines to a corporate network and understand the fundamentals on how devices should operate in the workplace.
