    Who are you?
    We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Digital Content and Social Media Producer to bring our digital channels to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate, execute, and produce different content types, including blog articles, SEO copy, social media posts, video and digital brochures. By applying a ’hands-on’ approach, you will track performance of all content, reporting on results and sharing with relevant stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in producing engaging and effective content across assorted digital channels, be a team player in a digital marketing team, accompanied with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

    The Role
    Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
    - Produce and publish content for a variety of digital channels
    - Work collaboratively with our internal studio, external agencies and freelancers
    - Manage the Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure website is up to date
    - Execute a social media strategy with best practice  across various social media channels
    - Translate brand voice into copy used in social posts and in engagement with consumers
    - Produce and distribute newsletters
    - Generate reports on content and social media performance and use insights to inform and optimise future content creation strategies.
    - Edit and proof read content for our digital channels (social, web, marketing) to ensure it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the ‘Caydon’ brand

    Who are you?
    We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate marketer to join the Caydon team. The successful candidate will be looking to step up in their marketing career, with confidence to engage key stakeholders and agencies. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns. You will enjoy working across a broad property portfolio, events and activities, with the opportunity for the right candidate to take the reins of their own portfolio. Proactive in planning ahead of time and working in a fast-paced business with tight deadlines, you will have a minimum of two years' experience in a consumer marketing role with relevant marketing qualifications. It is essential that you are a team player experience in digital marketing, advertising campaign development, and media planning.

    The Role
    - Coordinate, plan and implement the marketing programs for a variety of campaigns to ensure timely delivery
    - Research, planning and executing marketing activity such as promotions and events
    - Coordinate various requirements between multiple external agencies from media buying, digital, creative and PR
    - Maintain awareness of business objectives and apply to all marketing communications.
    - Assist the Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement project launches
    - Coordinate the production process of print and digital assets
    - Site visits to review development site signage when required
    - Marketing administration including but not limited to data entry, purchase orders, and budget maintenance

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to analyse situations and information with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity to drive timely results.

    It is imperative that the successful candidate has extensive experience working in the property or construction industry with experience overseeing sizable projects in a property development role. Ideally you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in either the property development, construction management or business-related fields. You will have a proven track record of developing collaborative working relationships. You will be a solution focused individual who   effectively problem solves to drive projects to successful completion delivering with high quality within budget.  You will have excellent communication skills in order to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, strategies and results to relevant business stakeholders.

    What we require from you
    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven flair for sales. We’re looking for someone who can naturally build rapport and trust with clients as well as provide exceptional attentiveness to customer needs in order to achieve a high volume of sales. Working well with others is paramount within our sales team and wider organisation.

    Supported by state-of-the-art sales tools such as an innovative multi-dimensional display suite, you will be required to efficiently and successfully sell apartments off the plan to achieve monthly sales targets. All transactions will be completed to ensure our customers receive consistently high levels of service in accordance with company procedures, guidelines and legislative requirements.

    Consistently following a strong sales process, you will maintain a sales pipeline on a daily basis and be proactive in keeping your product and market knowledge both accurate and extensive. You will be required to work across Caydon Display Suites outside business hours and on rostered weekends to attend appointments, take phone calls and to complete other duties outlined in your position description.

    All sales experience will be considered however you will be expected to have developed strong market knowledge and will ideally possess experience in selling off-the-plan, high density developments.

    Could this be you?
    Caydon Property Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Architecture and Design team as an ‘Senior Architectural Designer’. With exceptional time management and organisation skills you will be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be a strong all-rounder with your Architectural skills and knowledge and work well within a team and wider organisation. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to mentor others, while continuously improving your own designs. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous Australian exposure within the multi residential sector will be highly advantageous. You are required to have an excellent understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards and local government regulations. Exposure to REVIT is essential in this role.       

    The Role
    - Your key responsibilities will include;
    - Prepare completed design drawings using AutoCAD to tender issue stage
    - Prepare town planning drawings and reports for applications
    - Resolve design detailing throughout all elements during working drawing stages
    - Preparation of individual drawing packages for inclusion in submission
    - Liaise with consultants
    - Ongoing site support when required
