We are looking for
We are looking for a Financial Modelling Manager to join our Finance team. In this role you will be responsible for analysing the financial information to leverage the value of the company’s business. This role will be responsible for developing and managing financial models and forecast updates to the company, as well as providing timely and accurate financial information to key internal staff members.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior financial analyst role or similar with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance related discipline. You will have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team whilst possessing strong written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent organisational skills. Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel and financial modelling in excel are essential to the role.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Performing and managing critical financial analysis related to key investment and financing decisions, including comprehensive discounted cash flows, financial modelling and similar valuation analysis.
- Managing relationships with external lenders, financial partners and other key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating a comprehensive Corporate Cash Flows model for the Australian and US businesses.
- Developing, enhancing and managing individual project models in Estate Master and Excel, and communicating key information from those models to the business and external parties as required.
