    What will you be doing?

    Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

    Assist Manager to coordinate, plan and implement the marketing programs for a variety of campaigns to ensure timely delivery

    Research, planning and executing ad hoc marketing activity such as short-term promotions and events

    Coordinate various requirements between multiple external agencies from media buying, creative and PR

    Media monitoring to keep abreast of industry news, trends and competitor activity

    Coordinate the production process of print and digital assets across owned and bought media ensuring delivery design and content in accordance with campaign schedules and applicable style guides

    Working with finance to raise POS and process invoicing

    Reporting weekly on leads

    Updating listings weekly on REA & Domain

    Visiting display suites to ensure collateral is up to date & stocktake of brochures

    The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualification. Exposure to the property development/real-estate and project marketing industry will be viewed favourably. Previous marketing administration or coordination experience will be looked upon favourably.
