Visit a display suite

It’s easy for us to tell you about our high-quality, stylish and modern apartments but we love it when you come and see them for yourself – it’s why we have two display suites. Located in Moonee Ponds or Abbotsford, Melbourne, our display suites feature exact replicas of full-size kitchens and bathrooms. Here you’re invited to feel the fixtures and fittings, slide out the drawers, open the cupboards, sit in the empty bath and imagine your life in one of our apartments.

My Caydon. Your personal guide

We know that when buying off the plan you’ll have a few questions. That’s why we’ve developed My Caydon. It’s an online portal that guides you step-by-step through the purchase journey, so you’ll always know what you need to do next, the information you need to provide and timing updates on your property.

Meet your team

Once you’ve dropped us a line, whether in person, online or over the phone, you’ll be assigned a personal liaison who’s there to answer all your questions. They’ll not only be able to talk you through the details of buying an apartment, if needed, they will assist you in finding the right home for your lifestyle. Once you’ve found the right property, you’ll be looked after by our settlement and customer relations team.

Information evening

We host information evenings around four months prior to settlement to share the latest news on your property and introduce you to your Owner’s Corporation. You’ll hear directly from key members of the Caydon team and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. By the end of the evening, you’ll feel confident about the off the plan settlement process and what you need to do to ensure a timely and seamless settlement ready for your big moving day. Encouraging a sense of community is an important part of our approach to design, so these events are also where you can get to know your new neighbours over drinks and nibbles.

Get ready for settlement

As the settlement on your property approaches we work alongside you and your conveyancing team (finance provider, solicitor) to get everything ready for your moving day. As we get closer to handover, we’ll take you through a pre-settlement inspection where we walk you through your apartment and answer any queries or concerns.

The handover

Handing over the keys to your apartment is as satisfying for us as it is for you. The handover is the day you’ll receive your keys, apartment fobs and information pack with user guides and warranties, as well as an introduction to your apartment’s resident portal.
