Meet the Neighbours: The McKays settle into Rise
Rise marks the completion of Caydon’s first mixed-use precinct development. We spoke to the new residents to discover what they love about Rise.
Residents Maria and Mitch McKay are excited to be moving into their penthouse Skyhome.
When asked by The Herald Sun about what they loved about their new Skyhome, the McKays said
we’re pinching ourselves to make sure that it’s real... it has everything we want, along with amazing views towards Melbourne’s CBD. They also mentioned that their daughter loves their new home so much that they
can’t see her moving out!
But it’s not just the views that won the McKays over. The wide variety of entertainment spaces and premium amenities were also very appealing to the family — with Mitch looking forward to a splash in the pool and a workout at the gym.
Rise also has a yoga studio, sauna, and a large indoor-outdoor entertainment area — but Skyhome residents, like Maria and Mitch, will also be able to enjoy The Conservatory, a private bar and lounge area with views towards Melbourne’s skyline.
With Caydon’s vision now brought to life — and over 2000 people now calling Mason Sq home, Rise marks the completion of the first mixed-use precinct for the Melbourne-based company. Caydon is excited to have welcomed more residents to the neighbourhood, and is thrilled to have delivered a great mix of retail, business, residential and hospitality — all offering a boost to the local area.
All Rise Residences and Skyhomes have been created with spacious living in mind — with Residences featuring European appliances and quality finishes, while Skyhomes offer house-sized floorplans with premium finishes and the best views.
Rise is only 6km from the CBD , and within walking distance to nearly every mode of public transport. There’s a lot to discover locally, with Puckle St’s bakeries, boutiques, delis, cafes and restaurants located just around the corner.
