Construction Update - October 2021

The team is busy constructing your new home. See the completed, new and upcoming milestones for the month.

Ironside has set up the necessary amenities and site sheds, and can now continue to progress to the next stages of construction. 

With piling works now complete, the perimeter concrete beams are currently being installed. Bulk excavation will commence shortly, with soil digging and removal to continue across the next three months. We are confident that excavation of the site will be completed by the end of this year.

Tree removal has also been completed, with hoarding signage removed to allow the installation of the concrete beams around the perimeter of the site.
