Construction Update - June 2021

The team is busy constructing your new home. See the completed, new and upcoming milestones for the month.

Things are shaping up at HOME with on-site construction continuing to progress. We are pleased to report that the structural elements have advanced further, with the concrete placement completed on level 3 and the basement.

The supportive transfer slabs on level 4 are 60% complete, which has allowed us to commence deck work on level 5.

The mechanical, electrical, and fire basement services on level 1 have also been completed, with hydraulics finalised on level 2. Brickworks across the basement and ground level are almost finished, with the mezzanine sitting at 60%. The feature brickwork for the South Lobby has now begun.
