First Hill Seattle

  • 226 Condominiums
  • Retail

Our team was drawn to Seattle thanks to its strong economy, demonstrated demand for new condominiums and its residents’ appreciation for green open space. All our urban revitalizations are designed to enhance the everyday lives of residents, and this includes incorporating landscape gardens as well as state of the art amenities.

The site on 8th and Cherry St, in the heart of the First Hill neighborhood, will include all this and more. 226 condominiums will welcome new residents into the area, along with new retail space and new facilities for the historic 1892 Trinity Episcopal Parish Church.

Following our vision to revitalize communities, the lower three floors of the building will contain new church facilities including a new parish hall, performance venue art gallery and cafe, as well as church administration facilities.

Caydon engaged Chicago-based SCB Architects and Seattle consultant Compton Design, to create an iconic building that sensitively responds to the First Hill neighbourhood. The first three of the building’s 26 floors will house new church facilities and include a parish hall, performance venue, art gallery, administration facilities and cafe. The remaining floors will comprise 226 condominiums with six levels of below-ground parking.
